Committed to change in Maryland, Helene Meister will not stop fighting for LD 17 residents until their voices are heard. Helene is born in a small town in the south of France and she went to law school both in France and in the US, holding both an LLM from UVA and a JD from American University. She wants to make a difference at the local level and provide residents and small businesses with a better quality of life, reduced living costs, reduced taxes, help businesses to grow and promote job creation.
